Medical Test for Kuwait, confused what all are the formalities and procedures. Let me help you with it.

Step 1: 

•  Go to Khadamat Integrated Solutions web page http://www.khadamat.in/

Step 2:

•  Click on the tab showing Book Appointment and you will redirected to a new page
•  Fill in the details required which includes:

               Passport Number 
               Visa Number 
               Visa Expiry Date
               Click on which location you want the test be carried out(Mumbai/ Delhi/ Kochi)
               Select the Appointment Date 

• After you finish filling up the application you would get a new page to get printout of the appointment.

Step 3: Reaching the Khadamat office of your desired location 

• Start Early because the Que line may start from 3 in the morning itself 
• If you are lucky they may call those who has online appointment so that makes it important to have an online appointment. 
• Otherwise they will be calling according to the Que line.
• YOU SHOULD BE CARRYING ALL THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS 

1.  Passport (original)
2. Visa (original)
3. 12000 INR in cash
4. Identity proof 
5. Photograph( 3 nos)

• Once you are in the office, you would be given a form to fill after which you would be asked to make payment to Khadamat Integrated Solution either in their office or any near by banks
• After making the payment you would have to take a token for the next process which is to get the location of the medical center where the tests would be carried out.
• you would be given a Final Receipt, bill for making payment and the medical centers address and slip to be given there

Step 4: At the Medical Center

• Here at he medical center your blood, urine, stool and X-ray would be taken for further medical tests.
• All the test would take up to 4-5 hours to be completed 
• You could receive your medical report within 4-5 days minimum.
• Its better to contact the call center +91 022 666 00 666 to check whether your report has been ready or not

Step 5: Collecting the Report

• You would get the reports from 4 pm on wards but you have to reach there before 3 pm as they would be giving out the reports according to the first come basis.
